1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cek4d ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://cek4d.cam ("the Website"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cek4d platform — including placing bets, claiming bonuses, or using payment features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

3. Account Eligibility

3.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must not register using another person's identity, a fictitious identity, or a temporary address. cek4d may require you to submit supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of your registration information at any stage of your account lifecycle. Providing false registration details may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

cek4d does not knowingly accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing cek4d is lawful in your country or territory of residence. Registering or using cek4d from a Prohibited Territory constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4. Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Process

To register a cek4d account, you must provide a valid email address, a username, a secure password, and your date of birth. You must also confirm that you are aged 21 or above and that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Incomplete registrations will not be activated.

4.2 KYC Verification

cek4d operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal — or at any point where cek4d determines verification is warranted — you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, in some cases, account access pending resolution.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cek4d username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. cek4d will never ask for your full password via email or live chat. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cek4d support immediately via live chat.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Methods

cek4d currently accepts deposits via the following channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, BTC). 5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 50 across all supported payment methods unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps.

5.3 Own Funds Requirement

All deposits must originate from a payment account or wallet registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party sources — including deposits made on behalf of another person — are not permitted. cek4d reserves the right to reverse any deposit found to originate from a source not registered to the account holder, and to request documentation verifying fund ownership.

5.4 Processing Times

E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed instantly. FPX and DuitNow bank transfers are typically credited within 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following network confirmation, typically within 15–30 minutes depending on network conditions. cek4d does not guarantee specific processing times and is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

Withdrawals are available to verified accounts that have completed the KYC process. A minimum of one (1) deposit must have been made prior to any withdrawal request being accepted. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending verification.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. There is no standard single-transaction maximum for most players; however, withdrawals exceeding MYR 5,000 may be subject to enhanced source-of-funds verification. High-value withdrawal requests may require up to one (1) business day to process under enhanced review protocols.

6.3 Withdrawal to Same Payment Method

cek4d applies a same-source withdrawal policy where possible: withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to satisfy anti-money laundering obligations. Where a same-source withdrawal is not technically possible, cek4d customer support will advise on the available alternatives.

6.4 Processing Time

Verified accounts in good standing can expect withdrawals to be processed within 10 minutes on average for amounts up to MYR 5,000. Processing times may extend during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where enhanced review is required. cek4d is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and promotional credits offered by cek4d are subject to specific promotion terms published at the time of the offer. Where no specific terms are stated for a promotion, the general bonus rules in this section shall apply.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of twenty times (20x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Higher or lower multipliers may apply to specific promotions and will be clearly stated in the individual offer terms.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a wagering requirement is active on your account, a maximum single bet limit of MYR 300 applies across all game types. Bets placed in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings being removed from your balance.

7.4 Game Contribution

Not all game types contribute equally towards meeting a wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following contribution rates apply: slot games contribute 100%; live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contribute 10%; sports betting contributes 100% (settled bets only, minimum odds of 1.50); 4D lottery contributes 50%. 7.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry window from the date and time of crediting, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Standard expiry windows are 7 days for welcome bonuses and 14 days for reload and cashback promotions. Upon expiry, any remaining Bonus Funds and uncompleted wagering requirements will be removed without replacement.

7.6 Bonus Abuse

cek4d employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: multi-accounting to claim the same promotion more than once; coordinated wagering between multiple accounts; low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk; and any other method designed to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, cek4d reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, close any implicated accounts, and report relevant activity to applicable regulatory authorities.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

cek4d reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed by players whose accounts have been flagged for unusual wagering patterns. A bet is only accepted and valid once confirmed by the platform and a bet receipt has been generated.

8.2 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing mistake (palpable error), cek4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance. Winnings resulting from a palpable error are not payable. cek4d will notify affected players via their registered email address where bets are voided under this clause.

8.3 Sports Betting — Postponed & Cancelled Events

In the event that a sports event covered by cek4d is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the standard rules published for the relevant sport on the Platform. For football (including Liga Super Malaysia and EPL fixtures), a match must complete at least 90 minutes of scheduled play for most market types to be settled as stated. 8.4 Maximum Payout

cek4d applies maximum payout limits per event and per day for sports betting and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. cek4d reserves the right to reduce maximum payouts for players identified as consistently exploiting pricing inefficiencies.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cek4d platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with any game outcome
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or live dealer environments
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain without reporting them to cek4d
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using cek4d for the processing of funds from illegal activities
• Impersonating another person or registering using another person's identity details
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies using cek4d bonus funds
• Using chargebacks or payment disputes as a means to recover lost wagers or to obtain double value from a deposit
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation

Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances pending investigation, and may result in legal action being taken where applicable law permits.

10. Suspension & Termination

10.1 By cek4d

cek4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC, inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, or where required by applicable legal or regulatory obligations. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10.2 By the Player

You may close your cek4d account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat and submitting a closure request. Account closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements being met. Bonus balances at the time of a voluntary closure are forfeited.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. cek4d will attempt to contact you at your registered email address before applying an inactivity fee of MYR 50 per month to the account balance. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting customer support at any time, subject to re-verification where required.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cek4d, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any claim arising from a third-party payment provider's actions or omissions.

cek4d's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising directly out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cek4d does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. cek4d will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

12. Responsible Gambling

cek4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools within every player account dashboard, available at no charge and without the requirement to provide any justification:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases require a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Reality Checks: Periodic prompts displaying your net session activity (total wagered, total won or lost).
